What happens when you’re in a race and you have no external feedback? There are no clocks, GPS isn’t working, and you find yourself alone without a pace group? Can you run a PR by effort? Lindsay Flanagan has a great story of her phenomenal race in Paris 2022 where she ran a lifetime best of 2:26:54.
Lindsay Flanagan is a professional runner and coach. She has been in the sport for 16 years and has continued to progress in the sport. She has posted several top 10 finishes at USATF Championships including runner up at the 2021 15k Championships. Lindsay is currently sponsored by Asics and trains in Colorado. In Lindsay’s most recent marathon she ran a lifetime PR of 2:26:54 which we will discuss on today’s show!
