A sub-4 mile was just the beginning. Talem Franco is using his drive and passion to dream even bigger as the Olympic Games approach. Now working on aerobic fitness, Talem gives us a glimpse into his vision of the future and how he is working to get there.
“Throughout my running career, one of the things that catalyzed my progress and improvement was focusing on what I could control. This helped me especially when things were uncertain and bleak while I was injured or dealing with other hardships.”
