MAIN TOPIC: 10 Epic Moments in Running History
Running history is rich with bravery, triumphs of the human spirit, and near super hero human ability. Throughout history we have been inspired by athletes to take on our own goals and challenge with heart and determination.
In this episode we discuss 10 epic moments in track and field history with running history buff, Nate “Q” Van Holten.

- Assistant Coach at Grand Valley State University
- He has coached multiple athletes to the Olympic Trials and the U.S Junior Championships.
- Coached several individual national champions at the NAIA collegiate level
