April 3, 2021 in Carmel, IN
Congrats to Nikki and Andrew at Carmel. Nikki ran a 9 minute PR and Boston Qualifier and Andrew a 10 minute PR and Boston Qualifier.
We asked each of them to share one thing they did in prep for this race that was different from previous training cycles and made a difference (and by the way, we did NOT ask them to plug us or have our support be that one thing… just making sure you know that this is not intended to be a contrived self-promotion!) Tune in to hear from them!
