MAIN TOPIC: CHANNEL THE ENERGY
In this episode of the A to Z Running Podcast we discuss the mind, body, and spirit. How we take care of ourselves as a whole human matters as we seek to have sustainable running and training.
The main goal as we channel the energy is that running should be a positive contribution. If it drains the life from us, we need to re-evaluate. Running should always contribute to a thriving life.
Finding our momentum (as discussed HERE with John Cody Risch) is launched when we can find harmony among these key factors.
Here is a Running Evaluation from a previous post, Running in the Raw.
How can running serve your life? We discuss in this episode how running can fill some of your needs for your mind, body, and spirit.

Really good 3 part series! I particularly enjoyed the balance and harmony component… this is a critical piece of training and I’m guilty of discounting its importance (or ignoring it completely) in my training. With that said, it’s this area that causes the most disruption for me. This segment really helped me realize this and I’m grateful for the perspective! Thanks you guys! ?
Thanks for the comment, Steve! We’ve worked (succeeding and failing at times) to be intentional to find balance and harmony, so we are happy it resonated with you too. It is easy to live in survival mode when we have the opportunity to THRIVE! Appreciate the feedback!
